Precious Mbali Chili

Precious trained as a Caregiver with Eldercare in January 2016 where she proved to have outstanding skills in caring for clients and a knack for gently bringing clients “out of their shells”.
Precious also showed a great empathy with new Eldercare students and often took them ‘under her wing’, helping them improve their skills which led to her promotion from Carer to Eldercare Trainer.
Laughter, noise and fun are often ways Training can be described when Precious is giving lessons; however, a true teacher by heart, Precious does not take nonsense yet if very understanding with students often spending time with them after class going over the lessons. She takes a great deal of pride in her students and is truly our “Precious”.
